งานระบบกันซึม

  • ระบบงานกันซึมดาดฟ้า, ระเบียง
    • ระบบ Sheet Membrane - โดยการใช้วัสดุประเภท ECB-Sealing Membrane (รับประกัน 10 ปี), Torch-on Membrane  ประเภทเป่าไฟติด, Self Adhesive Membrane และอื่นๆ
    • ระบบ Fluid Applied Membrane โดยการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ของเหลว ติดตั้งที่หน้างาน เสมือนแผ่น Membrane ขนาดใหญ่ไร้รอยต่อ ซึ่งใช้สารประเภท Acrylic, Polyurethane etc.
    • ระบบ Polyurea Waterproof 
  • ระบบกันซึมผนังอาคาร ด้วยทีมงานโรยตัวทำงานในที่สูง สามารถซ่อมแซมงานรอยแตกร้าวของผนังอาคาร รอยต่อระหว่างโครงสร้าง คาน-ผนัง, เสา-ผนัง ที่มีปัญหาน้ำรั่วซึม
  • ระบบกันซึมสำหรับงานโครงสร้างใต้ดิน
  • ระบบกันซึมที่ใช้ภายในถังเก็บน้ำ (น้ำดีและน้ำเสีย) 
    • วัสดุประเภท โพลีเมอร์ซีเมนต์ความยืดหยุ่นสูง
    • Alkali-Reactive โดยมีกระบวนการทางเคมีทำให้เกิดผลึกซึ่งสามารถซีลรูพรุนและรอยร้าวได้ดี ใช้ได้ทั้งโครงสร้างด้าน Positive Side และ Negative Side

  • Waterstop – ประเภทขยายตัวเมื่อโดนน้ำ และระบบวาง Hose System เพื่อการ Injection เพื่อป้องกันปัญหารั่วซึมที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้อีกในอนาคต
  • งานฉีดอัดด้วยแรงดัน (Injection) เพื่อหยุดปัญหาน้ำรั่วซึม โดยการใช้สารเคมีที่มีการขยายตัวทำให้สามารถอุดโพรง, รอยร้าว และรอยต่อโครงสร้างที่มีปัญหาน้ำรั่วซึม ใช้สารประเภท Polyurethane Foam, Polyurethane Resin และอื่นๆ
  • งานป้องกันความชื้นผนังอาคาร ที่เกิดขึ้นจากความชื้นที่แผ่กระจายขึ้นมา (Rising Damp) ทำให้วอลล์เปเปอร์ สีทาผนังหรือวัสดุตกแต่งอื่น ๆ หลุดร่อนเสียหาย โดยการติดตั้ง Damp-proof Course (DPC) ซึ่งสามารถใช้กับงานอาคารเก่า โบราณสถาน etc.

Waterproofing Systems

  • Roof Deck and Terrace infiltration prevention system
    • Sheet Membrane system, using ECB-Sealing Membrane (10 years’ guarantee), Torch-on Membrane, Self Adhesive Membrane, and others.
    • Fluid Applied Membrane, using liquid products such as Acrylic, Polyurethane, etc. to be applied on site like a large seamless membrane.
  • Waterproofing of building walls carried out by our team of workers rappelling from above so cracks and crevices on building walls and joints between problematic structure, beam-wall, and pillar-wall can be repaired.

  • Waterstop  - Hydromorphic type and Hose System for injection to protect against any future seepage problems.
  • Injection for stoppage of seepage problem, using expanding chemicals capable of sealing crevices, cracks, and joints of structures with seepage problems using Polyurethane Foam, Polyurethane Resin, and others.
  • Prevention of dampness of building walls caused by rising damp which causes wallpapers, wall paints or other wall decoration materials to peel off, by installing Damp-Proof Course (DPC) which can be used with old buildings and historic sites, etc.
