To repair roof leak in two locations, Annex entrance Canopy and staircase enclosure. Work is to be performed at U.S. Embassy, located at no. 95 Wireless Road, Pathumwan District, Bangkok – Thailand.

• Prepare site management, barricade and proper scaffolding to perform the work.
• Prepare roof and wall surface, and apply waterproof coatings as specified in section F for work procedures and product specification.
• Canopy roof area is 140 square meters.
• Roof for stair enclosure, coverage area is 120 square meters on top roof and 310 square meters for 4walls.
• Install aluminum flashing on the bottom perimeter edge of the enclosure for 44 meter linear length.
