Repair Roofing System at Front & Rear CAC in NOB
- Removed existing waterproofing materials total area 738.30 square meters
- Cleaning concrete slab and repair uncompleted slab
- Primer & install 3 mm.(Smooth) + 4 mm.(granulate) Torch on Membrane total area 738.30 square meters
- Removed and install new Floor drain (Owner Supply) - 7 pcs
- Drain Board, 50 mm. Extruded Polystyrene insulation board, Geotextile Fabric, Concrete Paver (300x300x60mm.) - 453.30 square meters
- Flashing (Re-use & Modify) and Penetration flashing
To repair roof leak in two locations, Annex entrance Canopy and staircase enclosure. Work is to be performed at U.S. Embassy, located at no. 95 Wireless Road, Pathumwan District, Bangkok – Thailand.
- Prepare site management, barricade and proper scaffolding to perform the work.
- Prepare roof and wall surface, and apply waterproof coatings as specified in section F for work procedures and product specification.
- Canopy roof area is 140 square meters.
- Roof for stair enclosure, coverage area is 120 square meters on top roof and 310 square meters for 4walls.
- Install aluminum flashing on the bottom perimeter edge of the enclosure for 44 meter linear length.
